On April 20, 2007, manager of market information Zhang Qimin went to Houston to take part in the meeting ,which held by ESP Workshop. In this meeting, the latest technology of ESP and some famous experts of ESP were known. In the meeting, Zhang Qimin made a speech about the ESP soft-start , and the representatives attending the meeting took the speech seriously.
